The EMGI Area Structure Plan, Land Use Bylaw and Municipal Development Plan Amendments were approved and passed on June 13, 2023. Subdivision Application is in progress and 10 lots have been pre-sold.

We have worked with 10 engineering and planning professionals to produce our first draft ASP which was submitted to the MD of Bighorn in May 2022. The next step involved third party reviews and consultation with the MD of Bighorn. On September 13, 2022 the MD of Bighorn passed first reading of the ASP. The two Public Hearings for the ASP, MDP and LUB amendments were completed in October and November, 2022. The second reading of the ASP was passed on January 10, 2023.
